Our website sets no cookies of its own. It stores nothing in your browser until you add something to your basket, and then only what the basket needs. We do not use cookies for analytics or advertising, so there is no cookie banner to click through.

The checkout
You pay on Shopify’s checkout, which shows our company’s shop name, Granary Digital Woodshop. Shopify sets cookies there that keep your basket and checkout working and help stop card fraud. The checkout needs them to work and to keep payments safe, so the law lets them be set without asking.
Shopify’s checkout also has analytics and marketing cookies. It asks before setting them, and you can say no and still buy. Shopify’s cookie policy lists each one. If you pay with Shop Pay, PayPal or Google Pay, that service’s own cookie policy applies too.
Analytics without cookies
We count visits with an analytics tool that uses no cookies and stores no IP addresses. It shows us totals, such as how many people viewed a page, which site sent them and which campaign link they followed. It cannot identify you.
Other websites
Links to other websites, such as Tes, AQA or gov.uk, take you to sites with their own cookies and policies. We do not embed social media feeds, share buttons or videos from other sites on our pages.
Your choices
You can block or delete cookies and site storage in your browser’s settings. If you block storage for this site, the basket forgets what you added when you leave the page.
Changes
If we ever want to use a cookie that needs your permission, we will ask you first, and this page will list it.
